News: Reseller Past Due Suspensions
Today, reseller accounts have been added to automatic suspension for non-payment after they reach the point of being 90 days (or more) past due. There are no expected false positives, and no cases where users were not sent emails about it long before this. There should be nothing in this process that is either unexpected or complaint-worthy. The only thing that should have been unexpected was that some accounts went so long without payment, and without being suspended.
