News: "Can't log in to cPanel/DirectAdmin"

If you are unable to log in to cPanel or DirectAdmin, please note that the login details for these have not changed. When you originally registered you were sent an "Important Account Information" email. It contained all of the information you needed. You can most likely find a copy of it here, if it wasn't too many years ago:

From there, after you click on the name of the service, you can find Login Details which lists your control panel URL, username, and password. Try using those details manually. If you've changed the password since it was recorded, or for any other reason you need to set a new control panel password, there is also a password reset option there (looking into reasons this may fail).

We're seeing that the integration in the billing panel is trying to unsuccessfully send some cPanel users to port 2082 while you'll note that the Login Details page, as well as your original welcome email, suggests using port 2083. We haven't been able to replicate this failure yet but we'll look into it more in the coming days. Presently correcting billing cycles / dates for cPanel users is the priority, and since everyone has the same direct login path to the panels that we always meant for them to have before, spending time on that extra integration path is lower in priority.
