News: Support Delays

A combination of events are currently causing support ticket delays. This is not expected to last, and there is no single crisis which is causing it. There is simply a higher workload, temporarily, than time allows to be resolved quickly. As is normal to our operation, we're working on bringing this back to acceptable levels by further automating repetitive functions that require human intervention.
